We are a small Yorkshire-based company who specialize in the production of Caravan Club Rally Plaques. We fully understand the specific and individual needs of our customers and do whatever we can to ensure that our customers’ orders are dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, we are always available if you need any advice. Rally Plaques are available in the following colours:- Black, White, Red, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Dark Green, Light Green, Cream, Yellow, Orange, Grey, Lilac, Brown, Opal, and Purple.
Standard print colours are Gold, Silver, Red, White, Black, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Brown and Blue. On larger orders special effect and metallic colours can be used, please contact us first before placing your order.
There are no limits on the amount of wording or motifs you can have printed on each plaque, but please bear in mind, that there are limits as to the amount we can print on smaller plaques, without it looking messy and unreadable.
Your Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, then simply return your order back to us within 14 days and you will have nothing to pay. If we make an error, we will correct it.
Minimum Charge
We have a minimum charge on all orders of £12.89 plus p&p + vat. Minimum orders can only be printed as a 1 colour print.
Please let us have your order 10 working days before you require delivery - your completed order form should include a provisional number of plaques required. This number can be changed at any time up to 10am 5 working days before you require delivery. You do not need to contact us again if the provisional number and the final number are the same. If, when completing your order form, the quantity of plaques required is a final number, then please write “final number” alongside the quantity you have ordered. This does help us to clear jobs on less busy days. If you do not provide a provisional number and fail to contact us by the due time, you will be sent the minimum quantity for the plaque shape you have ordered.
Late Orders
Orders must be received 10 working days before delivery. There is a £5 surcharge on all orders that are received late, when overtime has to be organised in order to print the late order. The date we will go from, is the date that the order is on our desk and not the date that the order was sent. We are sorry to have to implement this rule again, but we have been inundated with late orders and on one particular day we received over 7hrs work on the day that it needed to be printed and a further 14hrs work that needed to be printed that week. We are unable to plan our work schedule when this happens. Orders can be booked in by sending your completed orders to us weeks before the rally. You can then contact us at any point up to 10am 5 working days before your required delivery date, to give us the final quantity you require, or to cancel your order.
