We have a large number of motifs which will help emphasise the theme of your rally. We can also reproduce your own images at a one-off charge of £7.00 per image (1 colour). All we need is a simple line drawing (Black on White) or in a compatible format, please contact us for further details. If you have an image that we feel we would like to add to our brochure, then we will waiver the scan charge and include your image in our next brochure. However, this can only be done with author or artist’s written consent.
How to place your order:
By Fax
Please write in black ink, ensure your fax machine is clean and has no specks of dust on the glass lens which will leave black lines the full length of the paper and can result in errors being made. The easy way to test for this is to set your fax on copy mode and view the results after a copy has been made.
By Post
Fill in your order form and post in plenty of time to arrive with us by 10 working days before your delivery date.
By E-
Just type your details in the same order as it would appear on the order form. Text should be in double line spacing (this makes it much easier for us to find the details). Don’t forget to add the delivery details and also your Centre or Club name. (Click here for example). Please do not send details for more than one Rally Plaque order per e-mail as this may cause problems when going to print. However, multiple orders are welcome if they are all to be delivered on the same date to the same delivery address. You can download our order form as a pdf file or as a Word doc, just fill in the details and send it back to us.
ONLY SEND YOUR ORDER USING ONE OF THE ABOVE METHODS
We frequently have a large number of orders in at any given time and it is not always the same person that deals with all the orders. Orders have been printed twice in the past at our expense and through no fault of our own. We will now charge for both jobs should this occur in the future if the correct ordering procedure has not been followed. Only send your order using one of the above methods. You are welcome to contact our office to check whether we have received your order. Do not send duplicates of your order by alternative means.
