We have a large number of motifs which will help emphasise the theme of your rally. We can also reproduce your own images at a one-off charge of £7.00 per image (1 colour). All we need is a simple line drawing (Black on White) or in a compatible format, please contact us for further details. If you have an image that we feel we would like to add to our brochure, then we will waiver the scan charge and include your image in our next brochure. However, this can only be done with author or artist’s written consent.
How to place your order:
By Fax
Please write in black ink, ensure your fax machine is clean and has no specks of dust on the glass lens which will leave black lines the full length of the paper and can result in errors being made. The easy way to test for this is to set your fax on copy mode and view the results after a copy has been made. Do not fax your order to us with a provisional quantity and then fax the same order form with the final quantity at a later date, this often ends up with the same job being printed twice, if this happens, then both jobs will be charged for, final quantities are best given over the phone.
By Post
Fill in your order form and post in plenty of time to arrive with us by 10 working days before your delivery date. Final quantities are best given by phone.

You can download our order form as a pdf file or use our online order form just fill in the details and send it back to us. When filling in the order form, please fill in the details exactly as you would like them to be printed ie: UPPER & or lower case, when filling in a form by hand, please ensure you write clearly, we will not accept responsibility for errors due to poor handwriting. Final quantities are best given by phone.
ONLY SEND YOUR ORDER USING ONE OF THE ABOVE METHODS
We frequently have a large number of orders in at any given time and it is not always the same person that deals with all the orders. Orders have been printed twice in the past at our expense and through no fault of our own. We will now charge for both jobs should this occur in the future if the correct ordering procedure has not been followed. Only send your order using one of the above methods. You are welcome to contact our office to check whether we have received your order. Do not send duplicates of your order by alternative means.
