RETURNS
If when your order is delivered, you are unhappy with the quality, then all you have to do is simply return your complete order back to us within 7 days and you will have nothing to pay. Should the order not be complete when returned then you will still be charged for the complete order including delivery charges. Wharfedale & Bowies will not refund any costs incurred for the return of your order.
PRINTING ERRORS
We are only human and we do from time to time make errors, should this happen with your order then we will of course reprint your order for you free of charge and despatch as soon as possible. Should you make an error when placing your order then you will still be expected to pay for your order. Please double check your order details before you send your order to us, we do not make any corrections whatsoever. If an error is made due to poor handwriting then you will again still be expected to pay for your order, we advise all customers to use the online order form when placing orders as this has proved to be the most effective method for cutting out errors.
