Terms & Conditions
ORDER DEADLINE
All orders must be received at least 10 working days before the required delivery by date. Late orders will be subject to a £6 late order charge.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Without notice Wharfedale & Bowies reserve the right to discontinue any product, service or to make design changes as part of the ongoing improvements, or to assist availability of products ordered.

DELIVERY
Wharfedale & Bowies will aim to products in accordance to the delivery time scale quoted, however these are approximate only and Wharfedale & Bowies shall not be held liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.At the discretion of Wharfedale & Bowies delivery charges may be refunded to the customer. Delivery charges specified are for UK mainland. Wharfedale & Bowies may charge an extra delivery charge, if at the request of the customer instalment deliveries need to be made. All orders under £40 will be despatched via Royal Mail 1st class service. Whilst we will make every effort to despatch your order in good time for your rally, we cannot guarantee delivery. If your order is deemed to be lost in transit, then you as the customer will have to make a claim against the delivery company used for your losses, the full value of your order will still be payable by you, to us should this occur. Wharfedale & Bowies will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any items deemed as lost in transit. All orders with a value above £40 will be despatched using a courier and will need to be signed for.

PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated prices are exclusive of VAT. Wharfedale & Bowies reserves the right to revise stated prices to take into account of any changes in rates of duty, carriage, freight, insurance or raw material costs. Material and service invoices are quoted net. Unless specifically stated to the contrary. Where a credit account has not been agreed Wharfedale & Bowies reserves the right to send all debts to a third party for payment collection where interest on all overdue money and an administrative fee will be charged.

INDEMNITY
Where Wharfedale & Bowies supplies or offers goods in accordance with the Customers own design(s) or specification(s) then the customer shall fully indemnify Wharfedale & Bowies against all claims action penalties costs and expenses to which Wharfedale & Bowies mat become liable arising therefrom involving infringement of a patent.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Rally Plaque orders may be cancelled at any time up to 10am 5 working days before the required delivery date, if your order has been processed then payment will be expected in full. If you are not happy with your order when delivered then just return your order within 7 working days and you will have nothing to pay, returns postage and packaging costs will not be refunded.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any circumstance if beyond there reasonable control of the Company shall have the right either to suspend deliveries without notice or to cancel any orders placed without liability. This by ways of illustration but without limitations : Strike, Lockout, Riot, War, Epidemic, Fires, Failure of a supplier, Machine breakdowns or other causes, wether similar or not.

LAW AND ARBITRATION
The contract of Sale is governed by English Law. All differences and disputes arising between Wharfedale & Bowies and the customer under or in respect of or out of or in connection with this contract shall at the option of Wharfedale & Bowies but not otherwise be referred to Arbitration  in England by a British Arbitrator to be agreed between the parties or in default of agreement (within 7 working days after notice being given by Wharfedale & Bowies to the customer requiring the customer to agree to the appointment of a particular Arbitrator) to be appointed by the president of the London Chamber of Commerce on accordance with the Arbitration Act 1950 or in any statutory variation, modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. If Wharfedale & Bowies exercises its option aforesaid an award of the said Arbitration shall be a condition precedent to any liability of Wharfedale & Bowies to the customer.
